Pool & Spa Information

• The pool can be heated to 86° for an additional fee.

• Spa heating is included in your stay.

Important Details

• Guests will be required to sign our rental agreement.

• A $35 Resort Fee (also called a Damage Waiver) will be applied at checkout. This includes coverage for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.

• For most bookings (excluding Airbnb), we use Truvi for a quick identity verification process. Thank you for helping us keep things safe and seamless.

Outdoor Amenities & Quiet Hours

• Outdoor amenities may be used from 8 AM to 10 PM, in accordance with city noise regulations.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• No loud music is permitted.

We love hosting guests celebrating special moments, but please note this home is not a venue and events are not allowed.

Our family has loved visiting the Texas Hill Country for years, and Fredericksburg has always held a special place in our hearts. We dreamed of finding the perfect home base where we could gather with family and friends, soak up the natural beauty, and enjoy everything this charming town has to offer and we found it at Fritztown Retreat!

We live full-time on Maui, so when we aren’t surrounded by ocean and palm trees, we crave wide open skies, rolling hills, and good ol’ Texas fun. Fredericksburg was the perfect fit, with its blend of history, wineries, hiking, music, and small-town charm. From days spent exploring Main Street or tasting local wines to nights under the stars by the fire pit or in the hot tub, this place fills our cup.

Fritztown Retreat is all about fun and connection. Whether you're playing pickleball, cooling off in the pool, roasting s’mores by the fire, or enjoying a game night in the arcade, we hope you’ll make as many great memories here as we have.
